Q1:Are You Manufacture or Trade Company?
We are a Manufacture specialized in packaging over 10years with 4,000 square meters workshop

Q2:What is your payment?
TT / PAYPAL / WESTERN UNION / LC / CREDIT CARD is all available for us.
For small amount which is less than 1000USD,we prefer 100% deposit.
For large amount,40% deposit,and 60% balance before shipping.
Q3:What is the tool cost & mould charge for new design?
The normal copper mould is 100USD-200USD. CNC aluminium mould is 500-1000USD. It depends
on the design.
Q4:Do you provide samples?
Yes, we can provide product samples. But we will charge a model fee.
Q5:If any quality problem, how can you settle it for us?
If any breakage or defect products were found, you must take the pictures from the original carton.
All the claims must be presented within 7 working days after discharging the container. This date is
subject to the arrival time of container.
