As a well-known enterprise deeply engaged in the food production and catering service industry, with a multi-category product line and an international market layout, France's Gozoki Group made a special trip to visit our company this time. The purpose is to conduct an on-site inspection of our production capabilities and technological advantages in the food packaging field, laying a foundation for potential cooperation between the two parties in the future. The factory inspection process was extremely rigorous. The customer team conducted a meticulous inspection covering the operation of production equipment, raw material quality control, the environment of the 100,000-class clean workshop, production process management, quality control system, and the implementation of environmental protection measures, so as to fully understand the company's production and operation capabilities.

Rigorous Inspection, Demonstrating Professional Strength​

During the factory inspection, the inspection team focused on the entire product production process, quality control system and supply chain support capabilities. They successively visited core areas such as the sheet drawing workshop, blister production workshop, injection molding workshop, raw material warehouse, finished product warehouse and laboratory. Through on-site observation, technical exchanges and detailed verification, they gained a comprehensive understanding of the company's production and operation capabilities.​

In the link of core equipment inspection, the inspection team focused on the operation status of sheet drawing machines, injection molding machines and blister machines:​

Accompanied by the company's leaders and technical backbones, the inspection team first arrived at the sheet drawing workshop. For the sheet drawing machines, they focused on checking their processing capabilities for adapting to different materials, especially the stretch forming effect of PET films, and confirmed that the equipment could accurately match the material characteristics to achieve stable production. For the injection molding machines, they paid attention to their adaptability to PP material injection molding, and checked the molding consistency of the equipment under different process parameters. Members of the inspection team observed the operation status of the equipment at close range and from time to time had in-depth exchanges with technical personnel on key indicators such as sheet toughness and transparency.

In the inspection of the 100,000-class clean workshop, the inspection team paid special attention to the clean control level of the workshop. Before entering the workshop, the customers strictly followed the dust-free operation specifications and entered the clean area after going through procedures such as changing clothes, washing hands, disinfection and air shower. In the blister workshop, multiple high-speed blister forming machines operated in an orderly manner, and quickly completed the forming process of products such as food trays and packaging shells through processes such as mold heating and vacuum adsorption. In the injection molding workshop, intelligent injection molding equipment performed precise injection molding, and the whole process from mold debugging, raw material injection to product demolding was automatically controlled. The inspection team focused on the quality control details in the production process and highly recognized the three-level quality inspection system of "first-piece inspection, patrol sampling inspection and last-piece review" implemented by the company.
